PRESERVATION OF INTANGIBLE HERITAGE AND MEMORY

The Lisbon Libraries BLX seek to stimulate reflection on immaterial and material heritage, promoting its dissemination, appreciation  and preservation among the population. The goal of this programme is to recover, preserve and disseminate life stories, testimonies, important stories and memories about the quarters and parishes of Lisbon.  The main goal of this programme is to consolidate skills in

1) communication in the mother tongue,

6) social and civic competence.

Although not included in these programmes, we will further develop activities we consider fundamental for the communities served by the BLX Network.
