Documentation Offer
The Lisbon Libraries Network may accept donations of materials, except:
- Video and audio cassettes.
- Photocopied documents.
- Documents that are marked, dirty, damaged or in poor condition.
- School textbooks.
- Encyclopaedias.
- Documents with outdated content.
Donations of up to 20 books can be delivered to any library in the Lisbon Libraries Network.
For donations exceeding 20 books, please contact the Acquisitions and Technical Services department (SATT):

The Lisbon Libraries Network retains the right to dispose of donations as it sees fit. They may or may not be included in the Network’s collection.
Any documents not included in the collection may be offered to other institutions or sent for recycling.
The Lisbon Libraries Network does not provide a collection service for donations.
Once donations have been accepted, they cannot be returned to the donor.
